The LaGrange Professional Fire Fighters Association (IAFF Local 3813) represents the Career Firefighters of the LaGrange Fire District. Every one of our members delivers world-class emergency services and is committed to providing our community, business, and visitors the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
The LaGrange Professional Fire Fighters are represented by an elected board of four highly motivated members, who are chosen by their peers. Each member of our E-Board brings a diverse background, knowledge, and skill set to the organization. We are proud to provide leadership on a variety of topics, especially as it relates to the safety of the public whom we are sworn to protect, as well as our members.

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
